• Machine means a Rainey Day Ripz trading card vending machine.

Personal Data

We only ask for personal information when You choose to send us one of our two forms. We do not require an account, and there is nothing to sign up for.

If You submit the host waitlist form, we collect Your name, email address, phone number, business name, city and state, business type, an indication of daily foot traffic, and anything You write in the notes field.

If You submit the issue report form, we collect Your name, email address, the location of the machine, the date of the purchase, the type of issue, and the details You describe.

We use this information to respond to You. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Purchase Information

Purchases made at a Machine are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store Your full card number. We retain the transaction record — amount, date, time, item dispensed, and the machine it came from — which is what allows us to verify and refund a reported issue. Refunds are returned to the original card through the same payment provider.

Usage Data

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

• To maintain and service our Machines: reported issues tell us when a specific Machine may be faulty, which is how we catch a jam or a card reader problem early.
• To contact You: by email, telephone calls, SMS, or other equivalent forms of electronic communication regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products, or contracted services, including security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.
• To manage Your requests: to attend and manage Your requests to Us.
• For business transfers: We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by Us about our Service users is among the assets transferred.

We do not share the details of an issue report with the business hosting the Machine as a matter of course. If resolving a problem requires us to coordinate with a Host, we will share only what is necessary to do so.

We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
